\nestablishment of a college at Virginia Beach, are these
\nrealizable?
\n(A)\u00a0 Realizable, plausible, feasible – and not ONLY
\nthis.\u00a0 These may, through their fullness of purport, gain for
\nthemselves and millions of others<\/strong> such a center, such an
\ninstitution.\u00a0 The Association of Learning, in the field that
\nwould bring the more perfect understanding for self and for
\nothers.<\/p>\n

(Q)\u00a0 Are we not right in formulating plans first to
\nappropriate ten million dollars, to be obtained from the
\nmachine [perpetual motion], for the university, and secondly
\nto make the university a university in every sense of the word –
\n(A)\u00a0 Absolutely correct!\u00a0 and would be maintained through the
\nvery phases of the PHENOMENA as would bring, and will bring
\nabout, the more perfect understanding OF the universality of
\nforce through the very channels that would bring the MATERIAL
\nmeans for such an undertaking.<\/p>\n

(Q)\u00a0 When should we just begin to –
\n(A)\u00a0 At once in mind, for Mind is ever the Builder – and as
\nthese are builded in the mental forces of the individual
\nthere is added to same the abilities of all the COSMIC forces
\nas would see such an undertaking realized; which has been the<\/strong>
\nDREAM of all – and had any of the teachers established such,<\/strong>
\nhow vast the difference in the world’s map<\/strong>!
